Overview

Anti-rodent Masterbatches are functional additive concentrates designed to protect plastic products, cables, and packaging materials from rodent and pest damage. By incorporating rodent-repellent agents into the polymer matrix, these masterbatches deter gnawing and chewing, ensuring the durability, safety, and longevity of products in residential, industrial, and outdoor environments.

Physical & Chemical Properties

  • Active Ingredients: Natural or synthetic repellents, often bittering agents or bio-repellent compounds. 
  • Carrier Resin: PE, PP, PVC, PET or universal carriers compatible with standard polymer systems.
  • Appearance: Free-flowing granules, typically off-white or lightly colored.
  • Thermal Stability: Designed to withstand polymer processing temperatures up to 300 °C.
  • Odor & Taste: Repellent agents are non-toxic to humans but discourage rodent activity.
  • Durability: Long-lasting protection throughout the product’s lifecycle without affecting physical properties.
